2. Pickup & Delivery
Free pickup & delivery on orders of Rs.299 or more.
Garments must be counted at pickup and delivery.

3. Bookings
Pickup via Website/App/Whatsapp/Call with basic customer details.
Rider arrival time is not guaranteed.
Estimated bill is subject to final inspection.

4. Payments
Cash on Delivery & Online Payments accepted.
Final billing after garment inspection.
5. Cancellations
Cancellation before rider leaves station is free.
₹100 conveyance charges will be applicable if the rider has arrived at the customer’s doorstep and the customer denies to take service.
6. Garment Inspection & Processing
All garments are inspected at warehouse.
Identification of all pre-existing damages is not guaranteed.
Processing methods are selected as per fabric requirement.
7. Garment Care Disclaimer
No responsibility for colour bleeding or shrinkage.
No guarantee of complete stain removal.
Damage to embellishments is at customer’s risk.
8. Accessories
Non-processable accessories are not accepted.
Detachable accessories are charged separately.
9. Uncollected Garments
No responsibility after 15 days of scheduled delivery.
10. Pricing
Pricing depends on fabric, design, and complexity.

11. Quality Issues & Complaints
Must be reported at delivery or within 24 hours.
Claims beyond this period will not be considered.
12. Guaranteed Cloth Protection Program
Compensation up to 10× service cost for the particular item lost or damaged.(max ₹5,000).

Applicable only for app-paid orders.
13. Refund Policy
Refunds only for confirmed loss or damage.
No refunds for colour fastness, shrinkage, or stains.
Refunds processed via original payment mode.
Once the rider has picked up the garments, the order and corresponding bill are non-cancellable.
14. Liability
No liability for fire, theft, natural calamities.
15. Promotional Usage
Garment images may be used for promotions.
16. Jurisdiction
All disputes subject to Bangalore jurisdiction only.
By placing an order with Mera Laundry—whether through our website, mobile application, WhatsApp support, or in-store pickup—the customer expressly acknowledges, agrees to, and accepts all the Terms & Conditions, Service Policies, and Pricing applicable at the time of booking.
No separate signature or confirmation shall be required, and order placement itself shall constitute unconditional acceptance of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
Mera Laundry’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service charged for the specific order.
The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, reputational, or emotional damages, including claims of mental harassment or business loss.
Abuse of Platform Escalation
Threats of reputational harm, platform complaints, or regulatory escalation used as a means to coerce service outcomes shall be treated as misuse of grievance mechanisms and will be documented accordingly.
Service Timelines:
All delivery timelines mentioned on the website, invoices, WhatsApp messages, or booking confirmations are indicative only and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery timelines.
Delays may occur due to operational constraints, volume fluctuations, logistical issues, weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delay in delivery, by itself, shall not constitute deficiency of service unless expressly guaranteed in writing by authorized company personnel.
Customer Feedback & Testimonial:
Mera Laundry may display customer testimonials based on feedback received through internal channels.
Customers do not have an automatic right to publish testimonials or reviews on the website.
The company reserves the right to review, moderate, publish, or decline feedback to ensure compliance with content standards, including prevention of abusive, defamatory, or misleading content.
