    By placing an order with Mera Laundry—whether through our website, mobile application, WhatsApp support, or in-store pickup—the customer expressly acknowledges, agrees to, and accepts all the Terms & Conditions, Service Policies, and Pricing applicable at the time of booking. No separate signature or confirmation shall be required, and order placement itself shall constitute unconditional acceptance of these terms.

    Limitation of Liability Mera Laundry’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the service charged for the specific order. The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, reputational, or emotional damages, including claims of mental harassment or business loss.

    Abuse of Platform Escalation Threats of reputational harm, platform complaints, or regulatory escalation used as a means to coerce service outcomes shall be treated as misuse of grievance mechanisms and will be documented accordingly.

    Service Timelines: All delivery timelines mentioned on the website, invoices, WhatsApp messages, or booking confirmations are indicative only and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery timelines. Delays may occur due to operational constraints, volume fluctuations, logistical issues, weather conditions, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delay in delivery, by itself, shall not constitute deficiency of service unless expressly guaranteed in writing by authorized company personnel.

    Customer Feedback & Testimonial: Mera Laundry may display customer testimonials based on feedback received through internal channels. Customers do not have an automatic right to publish testimonials or reviews on the website. The company reserves the right to review, moderate, publish, or decline feedback to ensure compliance with content standards, including prevention of abusive, defamatory, or misleading content.
